General

Q: Can I view all products?

A. Yes you can. All customers can see our entire product range at an RRP price. Once your account has been approved you can Sign In to view cost prices and place orders.

Q: How do I view the cost price of the products?
VIEW

A. Once your account has been approved you can Sign In to view cost prices of all our products.

Q: Can I download your full price list?
VIEW

A. Yes you can. Once your account has been approved you can Sign In and go to 'My Account' and you will be able to download your pricelist in 3 formats; XLS, XML or CSV. The price list will be in the currency GBP. Please note we currently cannot place export order online and cannot display the price list in EUR or USD but these facilities will be coming soon.

Q: I cannot find an item on your website?
VIEW

A. There are multiple ways to search for products on our website. First you can search for the code or brand name in the search bar. Alternatively you can use the 'Brands' tab in the menu or use the 'Order Pad' for a fast way to find what you want. If you still cannot find your product please contact us with your enquiry.

Q: Can I trade with you if I sell on eBay?

A. Yes, we accept all business types. During the registration phase you will be asked to submit your eBay number so we can help you market your business.

Q: Do you offer Direct Dispatch / Drop Shipping?
VIEW

A. We are always eager to discuss ways in which we can help you. Please contact us with your details and an account Manager will get back to you ASAP for further discussions.

Q: Can I upload my order via CSV?
VIEW

A. Yes, all you need to do is download our price list and copy and paste your stock codes and quantity into our new ‘Order Upload’ feed. This will auto create a bag for you and you can then checkout and pay for your order immediately.

Q: What is an Order Pad?
VIEW

A. An Order Pad is a quick way off searching and adding products to your bag if you don’t wish to browse the website. The products and prices remain the same throughout the site.



My Account

Q: How do I become a customer?

A. Simply register online. Our application process is quick and simple. Once your account has been approved you can  Sign In  to view cost prices of our entire product range and all UK customers can place orders online using Credit/Debit Card or PayPal. We also offer Credit Terms for UK LTD companies. Once your account has been approved you can shop online using Credit/Debit card or PayPal. Please be aware your online card facilities or PayPal will be switched off if you accept the Credit Terms as you will only be legible to pay for orders using your terms. (Online Export facilities will be coming soon. Please contact us to place offline Export orders).

Q: I already have an account with you, how do I register on your new website?
VIEW

A. Simply register here and select the option ‘I have had an account with Per-Scent previously’. We will set your account up for you and include any previously agreed discounts/prices.

Q: Can I see my account online?
VIEW

A. Yes you can. Once you Sign In using your username and password (that you chose at registration) select 'My Account' and you will be able to view your order history, repeat previous orders, pay invoices and view all your personal details.

Q: Can I shop online from the UK?
VIEW

A. All UK customers can shop online and must reach a minimum order value of £250. Once you have registered please wait for your account to be approved. You will be notified via email. You can then shop online using Debit/ Credit Card or PayPal. If you qualify for Credit Terms you will be prompted during the registration phase. Sometimes we may approve your account and whilst you credit checks are taking place you can place orders using Debit/Credit Cards or PayPal. Once your Credit Terms have been approved you will ONLY be able to use your Credit Terms to pay for your orders online. If you do not qualify for credit terms but require them please contact us.

Q: Can I shop online from outside the UK?

A. Export shipping is not available online at the moment. However it will be launching soon. In the meantime you can add products in to your bag but you will not be able to pay for them online. At this stage please contact us if you wish to place an order offline. The products in your bag will be saved. An account manager will contact you to discuss what options we have available for all shipments outside the UK.



Payment

Q: Do your prices include VAT?
VIEW

A. VAT will be added to the Total order amount at the end of your order, in the Bag area and when you Checkout. VAT is not included on individual product prices.

Q: How can I pay for my order?
VIEW

A. Go to ‘My Bag’, select your delivery choice from the drop down options and then ‘Checkout’. You will then go through 2 stages; Delivery and Payment. First confirm your delivery option and address then select your payment methods: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal or Credit Terms (if you have been offered Credit). Confirm your billing address and enter your card details then ‘Place Order’. The summary of your order remains on the far right throughout the checkout process. Once your order has been placed it will be confirmed for you via email.

Q: Can I pay online using Debit/Credit Card or PayPal?

A. Yes you can. Currently only UK customers can pay online via: Credit Cards, Debit Cards and PayPal. Please note we cannot place Export orders online yet but the facility will be coming soon. Please contact us for how to place export orders offline and for delivery costs/payment methods.

Q: Do you offer Credit Terms?
VIEW

A. We currently only offer Credit Terms for UK customers and the Credit application is only offered to those who qualify for it during the registration phase. The customer will be prompted during this stage. If you are not prompted you have not qualified and your only method of payment will be online methods (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal). There is a strict criterion for credit approval. During credit checks you can shop online using Credit/Debit Cards or PayPal. When/if Credit Terms are approved your online payment methods (Credit/Debit card and PayPal) will be switched off and you can only pay for orders via Credit Terms. If you do not qualify for Credit Terms but require them please contact us.

Q: How do I pay off my Credit Balance?
VIEW

A. You can pay off your Credit Balance online from your 'Account' page. In your ‘Order History’ a ‘Pay Now’ button will be displayed next to your oldest order. You can pay this invoice online via Credit/Debit Card or PayPal or offline via BACS or CHAPS (This may take 3-5 working days). You must pay the invoice set against the oldest order before you can pay the next one. Any overdue invoices will cause your account to be placed on hold.

Q: I do not have enough Credit left to place an order.
VIEW

A. In this case your current order will be saved in your ‘Bag’ until you have sufficient Credit in your account. Therefore you will have to pay off your OLDEST invoice first to clear some funds. For how to pay please see question above. Paying online using Credit/Debit or PayPal will result in immediate credit being placed back in your account and you can continue with you order. Paying via BACS or CHAPS may take 3-5 working days.



My Order

Q: How do I place an order?
VIEW

A. Search for the products you require or use the top navigation bar (Men, Women, and Brands) to find what you want. Then Sign In to view the Cost price, apply the quantity you want and 'add to bag'. When in your ‘bag’ select your delivery option and proceed to checkout. At the checkout you will be required to pay via Credit/Debit Card or PayPal. Alternatively if you have Credit Terms with us you will only be able to place orders using your Credit Balance.

Q: Can I see my order history?

A. Yes, you can see your order history in your ‘Account' page.

Q: What is your minimum order value?
VIEW

A. Minimum order value for UK customers is £250. Please see delivery page for all details. Please note we currently cannot place export orders online. Please contact us for how to place export orders offline.

Q: Can I have more than one Bag?
VIEW

A. Yes, you can create multiple bags but you can only ‘checkout’ one bag at a time. In your Bag area you will be able to add a ‘new bag'. You can name this bag for your reference, for example, ‘Valentine’s Day Collection’. The products will be saved in each bag until you wish to complete the order.

Q: Can I purchase each bag separately?
VIEW

A. Yes, you can ONLY purchase each bag separately. Please be aware if you leave one bag and come back to it at a later date the stock may change so please refresh your page when you come back. You can find your ‘bags’ in your ‘Account’ page.

Q: I want to cancel/amend my order.
VIEW

A. To amend your orders please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase. Unfortunately we do not accept cancellations if you have changed your mind.

Q: Do you offer any discounts on bulk orders
VIEW

A. Yes we do. We encourage fair trading and are happy to discuss discounts suitable for a bulk order. Please contact your account manager or contact us to discuss further details.



Delivery & Returns

Q: I want to change my delivery/ billing / company address.
VIEW

A. You can change your delivery and billing addresses in your 'Account' page under ‘my addresses’ and throughout the checkout process. Any changes made to your ‘company address’ will result in your account being placed on hold until we can verify the change. If you have a credit account any changes made to any addresses will cause the account to be placed on hold until we can verify the change.

Q: Can I have more than 1 delivery address on my account?

A. Yes you can. You will be able to change/add your addresses in two areas; in your 'Account' page you will find ‘my addresses’ on the left navigation and during the ‘Checkout’ process. However any changes made to your ‘company address’ will result in your account being placed on hold until we can verify the change.

Q: How much do you charge for UK delivery?

A. UK standard delivery is free of charge when you spend £250 or more. Please see our Delivery Page for further information.

Q: How much do you charge for Export Deliveries?
VIEW

A. Please note we currently cannot place export orders online but this option will be coming soon. Please contact us for how to place export orders offline and for delivery costs.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
VIEW

A. Our UK standard delivery option is on a 1-3 working day service. However, depending on quantity and location some deliveries may take longer. Please see Delivery Page for more information. Q: How do I return damaged goods/ non-delivered goods?

A. Claims for shortages, damages or non-delivered items must be reported within 48 hours by email with any photographs to support the claim. Once received we will contact you to both approve your claim and refund you or send you a credit note. If you are required to send the items back it will need to be in its exact packaging.

Q: Can I track my delivery online?

A. You can follow your order status from your 'Account' Page. Your order history will inform you whether your order is still in the warehouse, ready for dispatch and when it's been despatched.

Q: Can I pick up from you?
VIEW

A. We do not allow UK customer collections unless agreed upon by an account manager. Please note we currently cannot place export orders online but this facility will be coming soon. Please contact us for how to place export orders offline.

Q: Who are your delivery carriers?
VIEW

A. We ship using TNT carriers for UK deliveries. For Export deliveries please contact us. We currently cannot place export orders online but this facility will be coming soon.

Q: What are the delivery options?
