Q. How do I view my price list?
A. Please create an account to view our excellent wholesale perfume and skincare prices.

Q. Do you run promotions?
A. Yes. Every month we offer a wide selection of special offers on our wholesale perfumes and cosmetics. These are highlighted on the price list once you have logged in.

Q. How do I place an order?
A. If you wish to order wholesale perfume, cosmetic and skincare products please create an account. Once confirmed you will be able to login to your account. From here click on “Price Lists”. You can then utilise our easy find search facility to add products to your basket and order with a click of the mouse. For your convenience there is a “Save Basket” feature should you wish to return to complete your order at a later time.

Q. When can I place my first order?
A. Once you have received our email to say your account application has been approved you can login and place orders 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round.

Q. What is your minimum order value?
A. Our minimum order value is £300 (This may be negotiable depending on order frequency. Please discuss this with your account manager)

Q. How much is delivery?
A. Our delivery charge is just £6 per box on orders under £1,000. Orders over £1,000 are delivered FREE of charge.

Q. How long will it take for my goods to arrive?
A. For customers with a Credit Account, Per-Scent endeavour to deliver all orders within 48 Hours of placing your order. For those ordering on a Pro-Forma basis, we will endeavour to deliver within 48 Hours of receiving payment.

Q. Do you deliver overseas?
A. Yes. Per-Scent utilise a range of postal services to suit the individual requirements of our customers. Please contact your account manager who will recommend the most appropriate service for your order.

Q. Will I have my own personal account manager?
A. Yes. All Per-Scent customers will be assigned an account manager to deal with all your wholesale perfume, skincare and cosmetic requirements. Per-Scent is proud to operate as a One-Stop-Shop for Fragrance with expert staff at hand to assist you with everything from range planning and pricing advice to new product recommendations and promotional support.

Q. Do you offer discounts for bulk purchasing?
A. All Per-Scent customers will receive excellent prices. However additional discounts are available depending on order value and frequency. Please discuss this with your account manager.

Q. What are your office hours?
A. Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm GMT.

Q. What currencies do you accept payment in?
A. We accept payment in Great British Pounds, Euros or US Dollars.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept payment by BACS, Credit Card, Debit Card, Cheque, Cash or Cash Payment at designated bank. If paying by Credit Card there will be a 2% charge. For those paying by cheque, please make cheques payable to Per-Scent Ltd. For those on pro-forma please note that cheques can take up to 7 working days to clear and we can not despatch your order until this time.

Q. Can I get credit?
A. Yes. Credit is available to customers who complete our Credit Application Form and pass our credit check. Please ask your account manager for a form.

Q. Can I have more than one delivery address?
A. Yes. You can have multiple delivery addresses. These can be entered on the account application form and edited through the “My Account” section once you are logged in.

Q. Can I have more than one user on my account?
A. Yes. You can set up a multi user account. This provides great flexibility for larger organisations or those with more than one site/outlet. The master account holder will hold the administrative rights.

Q. Do your prices include VAT?
A. No. All prices on our website exclude VAT (17.5%).

Q. Do you sell perfume miniatures?
A.Yes. We offer a wide range of miniature perfumes.

Q. Do you sell perfume testers?
A. Yes. We sell a wide range of tester perfumes.

Q. Are your products genuine?
A. Yes. All our branded fragrances, skin care and cosmetic products are 100% Genuine. We source our products either from fragrance houses directly or from legitimate secondary sources.

Q. Why are your prices so low?
A. As the UK’s leading wholesale perfume distributor, Per-Scent purchases fragrance in huge quantities either directly from the fragrance houses or from approved distributors worldwide. Our superior sourcing capability means we buy our fantastic range at significantly reduced rates. We work tirelessly on reducing our buy price and believe in passing these savings on to ourcustomers. We are therefore pleased to offer the best possible wholesale perfume prices to all our customers.

Q. How do I receive a price list?
A. Our website price list is updated on a monthly basis. Please contact your Account Manager should you wish to receive a hard copy or pdf.

Q. Does the transactional website work correctly when using Opera and Firefox?
A. No. The site is designed for use with Internet Explorer only
